New Faculty Spring Orientation

Welcome to the University of Kansas! New Faculty Spring Orientation will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

We have outstanding, award-winning faculty at KU, and we are excited to welcome new members of our faculty community. Whether you were unable to attend our fall orientation or will begin your career at KU in the spring, our New Faculty Orientation is a perfect way to get started!

New Faculty Spring Orientation is a full-day online event. It serves as an opportunity to hear from campus leaders; learn more about KU’s students; and become acquainted with key units that support teaching and research, provide course design resources, help with grant writing and funding, and foster professional development. Most importantly, New Faculty Orientation will provide you with a chance to connect with each other. 

Our New Faculty Fall Orientation takes place one week before classes start and is an in-person experience at our KU Lawrence campus. If you have questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
