Biography —
Meagan M. Patterson is a professor of educational psychology at the University of Kansas and serves as a provost fellow in the Office of Faculty Affairs. She holds a BA in psychology and linguistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and MA and PhD degrees in developmental psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on children’s thinking about social identities and political issues and how adults talk with children about these topics.
