Teams can address many business challenges, replacing individual effort with group strength. They enable some companies to take giant leaps forward, becoming faster, more innovative, and more responsive to markets and customers. Before you launch a team to meet the tasks your organization has placed before you, consider whether or not you really need a team to get results.
