Associate Deans, Chairs & Directors Essentials Series
Workshops tailored to address the needs of units across the university and focus on equipping faculty leadership with tools to meet these needs. Each fall/spring workshop is comprised of several sessions delivered by OFA and our on campus partners.
New Associate Deans, Chairs & Directors Orientation
A two-day intensive experience for new Associate Deans, Chairs & Directors designed to equip unit leadership with knowledge, tools, and resources to support the work they do in their leadership role. Held prior to the start of each fall semester.
